It’s been getting a bit chilly in Auckland and I’ve been looking forward to going home to a hot meal. But when neither of your feel like cooking it can be a bit of a pain to put together a really hearty meal (especially when it’s cold in the kitchen and you just want to go upstairs!). Slow Cooker meals avoid that problem! Just prep them in the morning and you’re good to go when you get home!
I remember when I was a kid, growing up in a family of 5 when we all did different sports and mum and dad belonged to different committees and there was scouts and brownies and a million other commitment the slow cooker was a life saver. You could just help yourself to a plate full of something delicious and be on your way – plus if there were leftovers it was lunch the next day!
This is a collection of delicious dairy-free slow cooker meals for you to help take the chill off 😉 Let us know your favorites or any other ones you love in the comments!
